FACTS Fan Village Application Form

No Sales Allowed

Purely commercial actions are only allowed in the Dealer Hall. The Fan Village is meant for meeting with fellow fans and to get nostalgic together, not for sales of products.

No Professional Third Parties

The general rule is that third party professional companies are not allowed. There are exceptions possible (charity, contest prizes, etc.) but they have to be mentioned in your application. Let's discuss it together!

Crank Up the Entertainment

FACTS hands you a free booth to mingle with a lot of potential new members for your organisation, so try to impress! Bringing cool entertainment to your booth means more happy fans, more attention for your organisation and a better experience for our FACTS visitors. Everyone wins!

Will there be enough room for all fan clubs?

The answer is possibly no, but we always do our best to squeeze as many booths as possible. If we run out of space, we check which booths bring the best value to the fans, while also respecting the mix.

The info you implement in this form might also be used for an announcement on the FACTS channels. Keep us informed of new stuff via the Content Form!

Which forms do I fill in?

The general form is for the complete application, with coordination details like space and tables & chairs, plus an overview of the content at your booth.
The content form is meant for discussing and presenting content ideas, such as panels, workshops, giveaways, and general content at your booth. We’ll help you promote them!

How many EXHIBITOR BADGES will you need for the whole weekend? IMPORTANT: The badges (wrist bands) can be renewed at the exhibitor desk if you rip them off and exchange them for new ones. In other words: we need the amount of 'individual' workers at your booth.

Need space for storage? (Usually 3-4m² closed by a curtain, not by a locked door. Note that this storage room is meant for storing equipment, not for safekeeping. This space will be included in your stand. In other words: a 20m² booth will have 17m² of space left after counting the 3m² storage.)
