Virtual Queues for photoshoots

Actor photoshoots now work with extra ‘sub time slots’ via the Heroes app.
Choose one to cut down your waiting time.

This feature is mandatory for all photoshoot participants.

STEP 1: Download the Heroes App and register with the same e-mail address you used for your photoshoot purchase.

STEP 2: Go to the Activities tab and check your options.

STEP 3: Choose a time slot within your photoshoot session.

STEP 4: During FACTS, head to the photoshoots at the designated time. You’ll get a notification via the app, too!

STEP 5: Take the picture, get the photo and the download code, and sound off a fandom yell.

Photoshoot tickets not showing up in your app?
Pick a time slot first, and they should pop up!
Contact us if that does not work, via this page.

Choose the correct day
The app does not give you an error message
if the day of your time slot doesn’t match the day of your ticket. Be careful!

Why should I use the app?

The HEROES app is your digital event companion for FACTS.
It brings together everything you need in one place and elevates your experience to a new level:

  • Your ticket: easy to find and linked to your account
  • All event info about guests, activities, and vendors in one handy spot
  • Digital queues for photoshoots
  • The ability to make your own custom schedules
  • The digital floor plan
  • Notifications in case of important updates

You can still visit FACTS without the app, but it makes your experience more convenient and organised. Try it out!

  • Before the event, you will receive an dedicated e‑mail.
  • In this e‑mail, tap the smart link:
    • The app will download (if it is not installed yet)
    • Your profile will be configured automatically
    • Your ticket will be linked to your account
  • Open the app and check whether:
    • your ticket is visible
    • the floor plan and schedules are available

We recommend installing and checking the app at home before the event. Use the buttons above for the download links.

The app is not mandatory to enter. However, there is only instance where the app is now mandatory to use:

  • Digital queues for actor photoshoot sessions
    All photoshoot participants can now enter a virtual waiting line. It basically gives you a more precise time slot, which means you spend much less time waiting your turn. But for digital queues to work, everyone needs to be in them. So we had to make them mandatory.

No problem at all, you can still fully enjoy FACTS. Simply bring a printed ticket or have your ticket PDF ready on any device when you arrive.

The HEROES app is designed to make your visit more convenient and interactive, so without it you won’t have access to a few extra features:

  • All event info about guests, activities, and vendors in one place
  • Digital queues for photoshoots
  • The option to create your own personalized schedule
  • The interactive floor plan
  • Real-time notifications and important updates

That said, everything at FACTS remains accessible on-site, and our team is always there to help you find your way and make the most of your visit.

All remaining money in the app will be automatically refunded, you don’t need to take any action.

Please note that while the refund is processed immediately, it may take a few days before the amount appears back in your account, depending on your payment provider.

If something goes wrong, please go to the Info Point. The staff member at the desk will contact our technical support team (AnyKrowd). If needed, a member of the developer team will come to the Info Point to help you on the spot.
